Incomplete job. Left glove box unattached and didn’t reset sensors. Had to come back to get fixed

I wanted an adjustment on speed controller so brought vehicle in thinking service tech would make the changes. The person in the intake made the adjustment so car did not have to be left. I greatly appreciated that service

My car had not been in for service this last year, as my husband was the person who usually took the car in for service, he passed away in March 2018, and needless to say, I was not able to take the car in. The service department was understanding and very compassionate, which meant a great deal to me. I appreciated their compassion and respect.

I am usually greeted when I drive up. My mechanic keeps me informed of what is needed and what I can live without until next time. He is very attentive and does a great job of explaining things. His name is Darrin or Daryl. Sorry, that sounds just like a Bewitched reference, if the reader is old enough to get it. I also have peace of mind working with mechanics who know Hondas well.
