EXCELLENT! They listened to what my specific needs were. I had a vehicle that I was upended in and they were able to find me a new vehicle that worked my requests and needs. It took less time than anticipated and I walked away with a nicer vehicle then I thought I deserved. I love my Honda Pilot - it made a trip to the beach this last weekend with my two dogs, myself, my husband, and my friend.

On a trip when tore malfunction indicator came on. Dropped off at service department for repair. I was there less than one hour. Problem was just low pressure. Good job! Steve

Fast service but there was a lot of grease on my car after having it worked on; greasy handprint on outside and inside driver's door, greasy shoe print on carpet. I will not be returning.
