Are you are referring to the comprehensive oil & lube that was done a while ago? Or are you referring to the "recall" work involving the air bag - also done a while ago? You should give the date and work done, with these surveys - and send them to me soon after the work was done. Both went quickly, and no problems since.

The work was done quick & was able to pick my car up that evening. I may still have to bring it back again for my noise with my defroster but the rattling in the rear of my vehicle is all fixed! Very happy.
