Excellent attitudes by all employees. After lengthy time to verify why our dash light came on, I spent way too much money for you to tell me I needed a new catalytic converter to replace the defective, and you needed another $1400. The light went off a day later, I had another mechanic tell me the converter was still good, not faulty.

I was particularly impressed that Fernando Oritz volunteered to drive my new car to my home. I arrived at the dealership in my old car (which I did not trade-in), so had two cars to deal with, no one to drive the second home.

Excellent customer service. I decided to wait at the dealership service center and was updated along the way. My only suggestion would be to have a lot more charging stations for phones and other devices. 😊

Came in to do a quick oil change. Took 20 minutes for the customer service tech to acknowledge me standing next to my car and it was only after I ask if I was going to be checked in. Waited over an hour so I decided to walk outside for a bit and I noticed my car sitting in the parking. So I figured that they would call me to pick it up and I went back into the lobby. 30 minutes later I got tried of waiting so I ask the customer service tech if they are done with my car since I see it park outside. They confirm that it was done and I was upset that nobody had told me. I spent close to 3 hours for a quick oil change with bad customer service. Never experience that before until this last service. -Vanna

It was a good experience except for the lack of ability to provide me first request after it was already approved couple months before. So instead of getting a new car I had to refinance my current car. Should have been in New one.
