Parts department ordered side moldings and the moldings were received in a timely manner. Service department installed the moldings. They took their time measuring to make sure they were installed in a professional manner.

Poor service at the Costco auto program desk by a russian lady.

Our salesman (Trevor) is the most knowledgeable car salesman we’ve ever encountered! He was sharp, and regardless of which vehicle we questioned him about, he had the answers! Very patient young man that stayed many hours overtime to ensure our deal was completed correctly and as had been negotiated. Trevor went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated!

On a trip to Seattle my dashboard indicated low tire pressure. I stopped immediately and checked. All tires, including spare, were at full pressure. I returned to Vancouver and visited the service department the next day. A technician cleared the error. I explained that since my last service (it included a recall on the back-up camera) strange electronic things have been happening. The representative recommended I leave the car for a more complete analysis. I was not able to at that time. Since then more unusual electronic abnormalities have raised their ugly head. I believe all of this is related to the back-up camera update. I will get the vehicle back for service as soon as possible.
