The manufacture required service was done with no issues . The staff were friendly and prompt. However, I also have a failing material problem with the leather on my front seat, It is coming apart, The car is barely 4 years old with just 40k miles on it. After explaining this problem to the tech he told me that he would start a claim with VW to get it fixed. I came back to get my car and he passed the problem back on to me giving me the VW care # knowing very well that VW isnt going to cover this issue. The tech offered to have his guys fix it at their cost to me. I declined and wont be back..
