The Techs where friendly, however both items haven't been fixed. It still have a whistle and the rattle is still there. We will be making another appointment later when we have time thank you.

Everything was great, but when I got my car back there are oil handprints on the door. I haven't had the chance to call or do anything about it

Temperature gauge needle was working fine when I came in for routine servicing (185,000 mile oil change etc) but NOT when I left. Perplexing. Oddly, it was added to the summary sheet as, something that needed more time to look into. Mean while it just floats about meanduring into the far left of any temp indication.
