I spoke to Brandon a couple weeks prior to going into the dealership and he was amazing! He always checked in on me and even gave me good wishes for our move. But the day that we went into the dealership, Brandon was not there. However, he informed Amir that we were coming in. And he too was so amazing! I was originally going in for a certified preowned 2023 Hyundai Palisade but it got sold the night prior. Amir asked us what we were looking for and he went above and beyond to help us out.
