Absolutely wonderful

Kirsten was extremely helpful. She went out of the way to find the exact car we wanted (which I'm typing this review from now!) and she didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't want (even though we did want quite a lot of trim/goodies). I wasn't thrilled to have to pay over MSRP but, with no Tucson's on the lot when I arrived, it was clear I was going to have to pay a premium. In the end, everything was smooth and easy and, so far, we love the car.
