If you are not purchasing your vehicle from Travis Dusenberry, or Allan Grant, you are not making the right purchase!!! I walked in, I said "2021 RED Hyundai Elantra SEL, with GAP," told them what I was expecting for my trade, and where I wanted my payments, and I'm here to say I got EVERYTHING I asked for. This was my dream car since they changed the bodystyle for 2021. I could NOT be more happier than I am right now. Let's also mention Kirsten in finance, who was my salesperson when I bought my last Elantra. I'm so glad she got promoted. And I cannot forget Jacob in finance, who was not only funny and great to deal with, but so thorough in my paperwork. Dick Hannah H.O.P. has become my family and These 4 employees are the reason I will only buy my cars from them. And if Travis ever goes to another dealership, I will follow!!!

Well organized, friendly, well prepared car. But a bit disappointing in the lack of negotiation on price allowed for reasons - the "chip problem" - that I don't entirely buy into. But a pleasant overall experience.
