When it came down to the final price it wasn't what we negotiated. They never took off the money for the "trade in". Plus I felt the interest rate was high since a lot of places are offering 0% down and 0% financing.

I had an overall great buying experience and am happy with the car I got. I saw the car advertised at a certain price online and the dealer wasn't able to meet that price when I wanted to buy the car. I was told that it was because I didn't qualify for certain stipulations, but when I got home and reviewed the ad I never could find an asterisk stating what those qualifications were. It's a part of the game that car dealers play so beware. Otherwise, everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with. I'm left with the feeling that I'm looking forward to working with the service department to maintain my car over time. I hope they prove me right.

All Went well but I thought it was a little deceitful to not mention or disclose that you were putting $299 on for theft coverage. It was not real obvious or explained on the first document that was presented for the breakdown of different costs and it wasn’t something that I saw until we got To the final paperwork of signage ...it would’ve been nice if somebody explained that feature.
