3 words: Travis, Allen, and Jacob. MY DREAM TEAM!!! For the 4th time, these 3 have never ceased to amaze me. I just purchased my 4th Elantra. They are the reason I continue to do business with Hyundai. They have always taken care of me like family. This was the smoothest transaction I've done. They all need to be promoted. The sales associate, Taylor, was outstanding. The concerns I have largely relate to disorganization behind the scenes. There were problems getting the correct vehicle to the dealership. The first one (not the car ordered) was not charged or cleaned appropriately. The car had 188 miles on it relayed to transfer from another dealership. It was my understanding it would not be driven but would be trucked or trailered. The vehicle as ordered was available in Portland but issues between dealerships had gotten in the way of meeting the customer (me) needs. When I got the car home I discovered all of the protective coverings on the interior and mirrors had not been removed so I doubt it was cleaned or properly prepped for owner pick up. I want to reiterate that the sales team was great especially Taylor, Roy, and Jacob in finance. It was the little annoyances that kep this from being a 5 star rating.

I have been on the lookout for an Ioniq 5 for about 5 months now and finally went in to purchase the car. Due to other bad past experiences elsewhere, I was somewhat dreading the deal day. I couldn't have been more wrong and more surprised by the low pressure straight forward manner of the tram at Dick Hannah. Sam was my salesman and he handled my wife and I with respect and great care throughout the purchase. We will be back!
