Boston was very helpful and super easy to deal with

The sales staff at Dick Hannah Hyundai is excellent and easy to work with. We negotiated a price that was acceptable to me, and my salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and appropriate in dealing with me. Amidst negotiations, I did not feel like information was being hidden from me - they did not attempt to overly steer me towards a specific deal like some dealers might, and I did not feel overly pressured or upsold. I showed up, and ultimately purchased exactly what I came in to purchase. The one thing I noticed that I would provide as feedback to Dick Hannah Hyundai is that the way their prices is displayed on their website feels very sneaky, and it almost cost my great salesman an easy sale. The actual price of the car was not displayed; the displayed price included a markup and was brought “down” to MSRP after the dealer cut up the available rebates and took a share of it. My salesperson didn’t pick this policy, and after I pointed it out, he did a great job of working with me to a satisfactory price. But the policies existence nearly made me walk out on the sale. In a world where other local dealers have started prominently and fairly displaying both the sale price and any markup in question, Hyundai Portland should not attempt to hide theirs- it’s a disservice to their customers and their salespeople. If you believe you have great prices and great service, don’t attempt to hide them behind a disclaimer placed at the bottom of the page. My salesman did such a good job speaking with me, and we came to an agreeable price, and that undid the damage that the company wide policy might have caused. Kudos to him.

Very good experience! Will use them for our future purchases

We were very pleased with the support that Boston (our salesperson at Dick Hanna Hyundai) was able to provide on guiding us to a new car purchase. Boston was patient and listened to our needs without trying to bias us into a certain type of car or price level. We did not feel pressured to buy, but he was persistent at helping us find a car that would meet our needs. I was impressed with the entire process and the dealership in general.
