I can't say enough about how supportive everyone was. Keaton and I had a very productive text message conversation, so I knew a lot about the vehicle and the transaction before I even came to the dealership. When I got there Keaton was tied up, but handed me off to another salesman, whose name I can't remember, but I think it was something like "Gavin." He was great too. Very nice person and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. The woman (Kelsey?) helping with all the paperwork was great too. Everyone took my questions seriously and gave me solid answers. I really appreciate the dealership's ability to apply the tax rebate right then and there. I got a really nice car for a really good price. And...to top it all off, Gavin (?) and a colleague drove nearly 3 hours round trip in the dark to help me bring the car home that very night. That was above and beyond and I really appreciate it. I haven't bought many cars in my life (my late husband always did that,) but everyone there made it a very good experience. Thank you!!

Billy was great! He helped up and did not pressure us in any way!! He took the time and showed up multiple cars and we found our car!! Anthony was great also he helped up lowered our apr!!

They really are nice at Dick Hannah KIA !! My sales rep Billy answered lots of my questions and helped me pick out just the right KIA for my needs. Anthony was also so kind in helping me figure out the finances. I love my KIA EV and I had a great experience purchasing it.
