Gianni was great! He was honest and didn’t try to push me into buying anything or taking the offer for my trade in that he knew was less than my payoff. But he found me a perfect option for my financial situation when I decided to proceed anyway. I have never bought the first car that was shown to me, but I truly did not need to look at any others.I had an unfortunate situation with negative equity on my trade in and he still made it work for me.It was nice to buy a car without the mind games and feeling pummeled by shifty sales tactics.I’ve had a lot of cars in my life and this is the only place that doesn’t make me nervous to buy from. I’ve bought one other car here (also a good experience), and I would say they give car salesmen a good name. I worked with Gianni in sales and Kelsey in financing and they were both great.
