I bought my Kia 1.5 years ago from Gianni, and recently came back in to look at trading it in for the newer model. Gianni and Robert worked hard to get the numbers where I needed them and get me into the new car I was dreaming of! Gianni is very accommodating, thoughtful of budget, as well as super personable. I was looking for a specific car including color. I contacted Crossley Trono with Dick Hannah Kia, as I found the vehicle I wanted online. I was coming from out of state to see this vehicle and wanted to make sure it was the one I wanted. After a few conversations with Crossley, he assured me they had the car I wanted. We set up an appointment to meet. I was coming from 450 miles away and was concerned it could be a wasted trip, but I could not find this vehicle in my home state. We drove in with our possible trade in. When we met Crossley we were not disappointed. He was very pleasant and welcoming. Crossley was very easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was clearly knowledgeable about the product he was selling. After a test drive, we began negotiating with the trade in we had. We quickly came up with a reasonable price to settle on. I had somewhat of a tricky situation as we were buying and trading in a vehicle from out of state which required dealing with my states sales tax. This is when we met Kelsey (finance person for Dick Hannah). Kelsey was amazing! She had all of the answers and made the final paperwork so easy to finish. She explained very clearly how things worked. We would not hesitate to work with Kelsey, Crossly, and Dick Hannah Kia in the future. I would highly recommend this business.
