We had just started to look for a car for my wife after selling her X5 to oldest son and his wife in the summer of 2023. We had paid over $250 per year in taxes since Covid hit and had only driven it a few Miles since we bought it in 2019. We were also paying about $2k annually for insurance. When we sold it we had put roughly 5000 miles on it. We knew that the Beemer was a great car but we wanted something more practical. We went to Toyota first and looked at the RAV4 and Highlander but came away feeling we were not getting as much value for the price. We went down the street too Kia as we had rented one several years ago and were impressed. When we pulled up to the dealership they had the most beautiful blacked out Teluride sitting out front. As we began to look it over, Tyler came out and gave us nice detailed description of the car and answered all of our questions. He also demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle which are very impressive. He was assisted by Sergio and we were convinced that this was just what we were looking for: An affordable high end and highly rated safe vehicle large enough to accommodate us and our 2 sons families as it seats 7. Special thanks to Tyler,Sergio, and especially Kelly who was able to save us a $1,000 at the closing by financing through KIA. Both Billy and Anthony were very helpful in the process of buying a car. I would have liked a more thorough "tour" of the car I bought. Billy spent some time with me but I realized I had other questions once I started driving. There are features of the dashboard and the car itself I would have liked more of an explanation about. But overall, they were great.

If you have not met Michael and Gianni you need to get to Dick Hannah Kia like yesterday!!!!! These two gentlemen are the kindest most understanding and patient humans I have met in a long time. We laughed and I even cried. Lol! (How embarrassing) But they didn't make me feel bad about it. They were sooo respectful!!! They explained things in a way my mother and I would understand so we could walk out happy. I saw many cars, test drove a couple and made sure it would be a good fit for the both of us. Poor Michael pulled them all up for me and did not complain one time.(I felt so bad. But he was happy doing his job. He kept a smile the entire time) They both went above and beyond for us. And even stayed passed closing to make sure we were satisfied. We are definitely satisfied!! We love our New 2023 VW Taos. Thank you both so much!!!
