From our initial contact where I explained how I wanted to do as much as possible outside of the dealership to make the process in-house easier, to handing over the keys with a genuine smile and firm handshake — not once did Blake make me feel pressured to move forward with the sale. He was patient, kind, on point with communication, and I was shocked when he admitted that he was relatively new to auto sales. His professionalism, warm, welcoming, and friendly nature made it seem as he was a tenured sales veteran. It also made what is stereotypically an experience you’d rather forget into one you’re so pleasantly surprised by that you can’t wait to tell others. Since I live a few hours away, he went out of his way to make working remotely with me pain free, without the constant pressure to make me drive hours to talk in person before I knew was committed to buying. He even drove the car to me when I did decide to take the plunge!
