Everything was great for my first time

I worked with Zack on my car purchase and he was really great. Very kind, professional, patient and fun to work with. I knew when we pulled into the Gladstone Dick Hannah parking lot- just by looking at the care taken with their cars, I was going to have a good experience. I knew what I wanted and the car was ready and Zack was ready and waiting for us so we could test drive the Subaru Outback which we ended up purchasing. Beautiful car, well taken care of.

He was informative, kind to my children, more than willing to possibly pull vehicles from all across Dick Hannah, and even brought my car to my home after purchase since I was in my work truck.
