I can say, I’ve never been a big fan of salesman but, Lawrence did an exceptional job. He was very personable and went above and beyond on making sure I got the car I wanted. Bassam, was very thorough with explaining the finance process and available options. He too was very personable and kind. Overall, I had a great experience :)

We worked with Grace at dick Hannah nissan to get our 2020 kia niro PHEV and she was a very lovely person to work with. Grace was friendly through the whole process, very informative but never pushy. We were having a hard time finding the right car that fit all our needs and Grace was the only sales person to not only make sure we had all our options, but to also keep following up and stay in the search with us (again never in a pushy way, but always friendly and respectful.) She listened to our wishes and was super straight forward. When it came to finalizing paperwork the management team was also very straight forward and helpful. They made sure we got the best interest rate, and even went out of their way to insure we got the original rate we agreed to and even called our credit union to advicate for us when interest rates rose the same day we finalized our paperwork. Over all I am very happy and appreciative of the whole team at dick Hannah nissan in Gladstone and definitly in love with our kia niro!
