I liked working with Trey. It’s good to have someone who still speaks human in sales. I know he’s on the newer side, but that didn’t prevent anything in the sale. Helped actually. You can tell the difference between experienced sales people in the way they speak. It’s just business. Trey’s sincerity was an important part of the sale to me. Not the way the rest of the team worked. I pay attention to the way people respond and react. I probably wouldn’t have gone with buying the car otherwise. Trey gets 5 stars for me. The one star off is for the rest of the experience. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but it wasn’t entirely ideal. I don’t understand why the lights remained off the entire time we were there until the early afternoon. I was there almost 4 hours. Lights make a difference in mood. We commented on it multiple times. Whatever the reasoning behind keeping lights off in the dealership until the afternoon, if it’s that big a deal, please find a way to make the lobby feel less like a grey depressing experience. BTW—that vintage Simoniz is awesome to look at.
