Overall we found our car buying experience with Dick Hannah quite pleasant. We were treated with courteous service and the sales reps were very knowledgeable and met our expectations. The only down side was the length of time to finalize the purchase and the finance manager failed to provide some of the complete documents we should have received with the final documents. Was able to get them over the internet from them so now I am happy. A very reputable dealer and they will do anything to meet your needs, if it is within reason.
