Overall we found our car buying experience with Dick Hannah quite pleasant. We were treated with courteous service and the sales reps were very knowledgeable and met our expectations. The only down side was the length of time to finalize the purchase and the finance manager failed to provide some of the complete documents we should have received with the final documents. Was able to get them over the internet from them so now I am happy. A very reputable dealer and they will do anything to meet your needs, if it is within reason.

Karina was excellent, top notch customer service started as soon as we got out of our car and followed all through our car buying process. We never felt rushed or that forced to purchase a car feeling you get from other dealerships. Karina was very approachable and every question was answered. I love how honest they were and gave us real expectations from the get go. Kudos to Jason Bacon as well for not missing any details on the finance side. Extra points for the fabulous golden pig statue adorning his desk. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car.

Our experience with Dick Hannah has been nothing but exceptional! From the initial greeting to signing our paperwork, we truly felt valued not as just car buyers but as part of the Dick Hannah family.

The only 2 odd moments were 1) I don't know why the car purchase and the insurance signups were comingled. I should be allowed to do my insurance discussymyself, I don't need your office to hold my hand. And 2) it took approximately 3 hours to get papers ready for plus to sign. (I wish it would have been only 1 hour of waiting).
