Your salesmen are rude!!! when I called to talk to your manager he was eating while on the phone with me and didnt even stop eating to talk to me just kept on eating like I was inconveniencing him. They put the wrong name down on the paper work and made me feel like it was my fault had to drive from salem to your dealership just to talk to someone none ever called me back. I will never recommend your dealership to anybody!

Your company lied and told me my credit union wasn’t in the cudl system when I went to buy a car with my own financing already lined up. Cheaply covered up scratches on the wheels and fender skirts that came off the first time I washed it. Will never buy from your dealership again.

I have been waiting for over a month for the service dept to get new window washers for my car. I have called and they say they will look into it and I never get a call back.

The problem was not fixed and has since returned to my vehicle, overall not happy with the amount of money I spent to have my car repaired only to have said problem come back up again. I would like someone to contact me.

I went in to get my first car wash. they did a decent job. My truck has a lift on it. they can manage to wash the windshield at the top, but did not wash the Tanneau cover which covers the bed of the truck.

It was great from the moment we arrived they were very helpful even with our challenges credit they were able to get us into something really amazing our salesman was also really amazing
