Even after a horrible experience with Jason days before, after which we never planned to return to Dick Hannah again, and had already moved on in our car search to other brands, Takoda was able to bring us back and surprise us with actual honesty fairness, & respect that were not shown to us during our previous visit there. Takoda is someone people can work with, and buy cars with. We appreciate him and now are satisfied Nissan owners today because of him.

Most everything went well - there was a mixup by your staff on what vehicle we were being offered. And we were told that the process would take an hour to complete the paperwork and it took 2hrs.
