my second attempt. The first must have been lost in cyberspace.I brought my car to Dick Hannah’s after a prolonged frustrating process with my insurance comapany when rats chewed through the electrical housing resulting in no taillights, hence no night time driving.From the start, the person assigned to handle my claim, Carl Chilcutt, was amazing. He tirelessly worked with he peculiarities with my insurance company. I have to say, his presence and demeanor reduced my already flaming anxiety level, way down. Not only did Nick Hannah resolve the lingering issues, but Carl made it extremely pleasant to be there. I have to say, his Christmas garb and cheer were infectious. So not only did my car get fixed , finally after 4 months, but it was one of the most pleasant and fun experiences I’ve had with a vendor.Thank you Carl for your cheer, your assurance, and finally your delivery!!!!!!!Marcia Miller
