Everyone as always is very nice. The wait was a little long, but the service was completed.I was told I would receive a free car wash coupon, that never happened. One thing I would recommend is when you text the customer that if they need anything while they’re waiting, they can reply to that text, might be a good idea to actually reply to the text.

Fantastic! This is the second time that Max has assisted me with maintenance on my Rogue. Both times, he has been friendly, helpful, and accurately set my expectations regarding wait time, etc. He explains things in a clear manner, is always happy to answer my questions, and truly seems to have the customer's best interest at heart.In addition to Max, the other Nissan employees I came into contact with were all very friendly as well (special shout out to the gentleman who kept me entertained while he changed the water in the water cooler :P). Also, the new facilities are a joy to wait in (though a little cold this last time) - clean, well-stocked, and well-thought out with the charging cords, etc.Thanks for the great customer service!

Friendly staff. Very thorough inspection of the car. They are very aware here that people have other things to do besides wait on their car. I am so grateful for the care they demonstrate every time I need service.

I made the appointment on line. When I got to the dealership, the appointment was NOT in their calendar. (Dick Hannah dealerships: you NEED to get that fixed. This is the 2nd time it has happened.) The service team got us right in and did the needed maintenance on my Rogue. I will not take it anywhere else for maintenance.
