The staff was professional and friendly and on this occasion the service tech explained a pending service recommendation in a thorough and relatable way that I appreciated. I would give more stars except that I would expect a basic oil change and tire rotation that I scheduled in advance to be done sooner than it was, but hey the waiting room chairs are comfortable enough to fall asleep in.

While I was driving, a sensor in my car went out that controlled acceleration. I was able to limp into your dealership. I had no appointment, but was treated as if I did. Scott was working on my car right away, communicating the issue so I could understand, then worked hard on price and got me a great deal. Scott saved my butt with personalized attention, to get me back on the road quickly and as reasonable as possible.
