Friendly service advisors and quick service; some effort to up-sell, but not pushy; a seeming lack of maintenance records or confusion about them seems to happen whenever I visit, but overall a good experience. Starting to feel $100 for a simple oil change is out of my affordability range, but I really want to maintain all service with the dealership I bought it from. I hope they consider offering loyalty discounts, especially to seniors.
