I always book my appointments with Scott because he's very friendly and patient when it comes to explaining my questions/concerns. With him, we can always expect great quality customer service.

I came in first thing in the morning as a walk in because the website stresses that you don't need an appointment and was quoted a 3 hour wait. So I made a 1pm appt knowing I had another appt at 2pm. They were done within 45mins, making sure I was out of there on time. Very impressed.But please change your website so people know to make an appt....

Performance was professional, friendly and timely.

The staff was all friendly. Got a text when I got checked in saying I could text the number if I needed anything. After I was waiting about 25 minutes past my estimated time I texted it and no one ever responded. Service took just under 3 hours and not the 2 I had been estimated.Otherwise it was perfectly pleasant
