Extra charges not liked! If you send a coupon for a price..that should be the price! Not extras that are charged to everyone as the service man stated. Other than not honoring the coupon price the service was great!

Did not honor a competitors coupon as advertised. I was told they would honor other Nissan dealers coupon. That's not what is stated on previous advertisements.

Third times a charm. I had some difficult experiences with the service department. But I'm very happy with the resolution I received from Scott and the Manager Sky qt the Gladstone location. They do there best to do a great job and make things right. I would recommend this dealership and service center.
