Changed out my snow tires to summer tires. Performed in the time expected. The only surprise was that I was charged for shop rags and miscellaneous items that I consider business expenses included in the cost of running a shop. I have never been charged for shop rags before by any dealer. These items were not mentioned when I was quoted the job.
