Smooth service, it was nice to be provided a coupon for $15 off. But, the only thing I would complain about, is the cost of an oil change has gotten much more expensive over the past few years. I used to pay $60-70 for an oil change and now with $15 off coupon it’s just over $100 still. I’m also not receiving the companies coupons anymore on my email. The customer service rep was nice and made sure my email was correct and gave me the current coupon but it didn’t save me much. Seems like the cost is outrageous now for an oil change.

Always very helpful and go way beyond when serving the customer. They work with our busy schedules when possible. But more than anything is the honesty.

Tony was great. he helped out with the timing on everything, and explained what was going to happen and then what in fact did happen. I am very pleased.
