Tony does an excellent job to let me know what is involved in fixing my 2016 Murano. The mechanics who work on my car seem to be very skilled, too.That being said —— I have been a loyal Nissan customer for years. Bought several Nissan cars from the previous dealership owners. So WHY AM I NOT OFFERED A DISCOUNT FOR PARTS AND REPAIRS FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER??? My key fob said it needed a new battery. Took it to Nissan for a new battery. It still didn’t work, you tested it for $100. It wasn’t repairable and I needed a new key fob for $398. 22. Then add another $100 to program it. So a new Nissan key fob cost me $598.22!!!!!! I just learned that as long as I have a working key fob, I could have taken the broken key fob to a LOCKSMITH for new one, had it programmed for far less than $600!Then there is the several THOUSAND dollars I spent to replace and install the distance sensor.I have learned a lesson: from now on when my Nissan Murano needs something fixed, I will get an estimate from Dick Hannah Nissan, and then take my car to other auto repair shops for comparison!

Tony was great! It was nice to walk into my first appointment and he already had my extended warranty information ready to go. I thought I’d have to explain it and didn’t. While the process was a bit long with the extended warranty company, Tony dealt with it all including getting me a loaner car. It could have been an extremely stressful situation but it wasn’t. He’s also personable and I appreciate it!

The service personel were prompt and professional. All work was completed and I am satisfied with the results.
