Scott worked hard for us and mage the process easy for us.

Had trouble finding the new entrance. I realize you are waiting for new signs to be made but even a handwritten sign would be better than nothing. When I arrived for my appointment at 7, the door was still down and said exit only. It all makes sense now but at 7 am it was very confusing. LOLAfter checking in everything was great as usual.

Although it was a bit difficult to figure out the new location, I ended up getting pointed in the right direction. Max did an excellent job of checking me in, making sure I was completely informed about the process and price, etc., and my car was done QUICK! Thank you all so much for the great experience!
