Would have liked to be kept informed about how long the part ordered would take to arrive. Also, would have been nice to notify me that the Service Center at the dealership was undergoing construction and where exactly to go to pick up my car.

The only thing was that because I set up everything on line I didn't know where to go since there's construction going on. Maybe notification via text when my appoint reminder was sent qouldve been great

Scott Y was the service advisor that helped me with my visit. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. He explained and broke everything down, it was a good visit. I felt put out that the printer didn't work very well. When Scott went to print off my report from their findings on my car. The printer wasn't very clear and a lot of the numbers on the page were missing. Other than that, it was a good visit. I'll come back for future appointments.
