I came in on 10/17/2023 for a scheduled appointment for new tires. I arrived at my appointment time, 10 am, but found that no one knew about the appointment. I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks ago. The tires were not in stock. I had called around previously for prices for the tires, install, and alignment. The best price was Dick Hannah. The team worked with me, tried to problem solve. In the end the tires were ordered and I would come back to have the work done. I was called this morning after 10 am. I arrived back at Dick Hannah at close to 11 am and left after 1:30 pm. Thank you for taking care of the issue, as well as giving me the price of the quote for the tires, install and alignment. They even honored a coupon that I had for the alignment.This is why I drive approximately 45 minutes to Dick Hannah for service.(I live 5 minutes from Beaverton Nissan)Risa Feldman

All good, fast and easy. Only 4 stars because it's expensive for an oil change

The service was completed properly. However, the communication throughout the service was sketchy. I’m still concerned that the transmission went out in our Nissan Murano at 116,000 miles.
