The saying behind Dick Hannah: Believe In Nice is so true! Having your car worked can be a dreadful situation for anyone, but I love the EXCELLENT Customer Service so much at Dick Hannah that I don’t mind it. I actually feel better at the end of my day bc I TRUST their team completely.

Max Dean kept me apprised of the status of my car and the oil change. he asked if I needed anything in your “waiting room” (water). The he went over the repairs my 2016 Murano needed , with prices. he also advised that I could look for coupons on Dick Hannah website.I felt that Max was attentive and cared about my well being as my car had the oil changed.
