I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. That work was completed in about an hour. At that point, I was told that a transmission oil change was recommended and I agreed to that service. An hour later the service manager came out to me to say they couldn't do the transmission oil change becasue the oil in the vehicle was too hot. It would have been helpful if the service manager told me about the potential temperature issue when he first recommmend the service so I would have had a chance to decline the service and schedule it for another time.

All three fellows at the service desk were friendly and helpful. It makes it a good experience when everyone is interested and interactive. I appreciate all three of these guys.Scott is the one that dealt with me and the odd noise in our Rogue. He was very thorough, in asking questions about the noise. And also when explaining the diagnostic process and the costs.He also broke the crummy news about the cost of repair in a very professional and easy to take manner.He answered lots of my questions, with good descriptions, thoughtful examples and more information. He took extra time with me and my pondering about what to do and how soon to do it. I appreciate his patience and willingness to give detailed answers to all of my questions.
