Making an appointment for service online was easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and I got to view the newest models. I gave four stars because my cabin air filter was replaced and it left a debris mess on my passenger side floor of which I had to vacuum up when I got home. Otherwise, it was very good service.
