Everything was great till checkout. I arrived and had to wait 30 min to get my car. Even though it was completed and ready to go. They couldn’t figure the paperwork. Why does that impact me paying for and picking up my car if it’s completed. I was even told to wait while the person behind was helped. This turned into a 30 min conversation about life, etc. between the two. While I was still waiting to pay for my vehicle which was complete and ready to go.. Bad form.

Staff was efficient, on time, personable, and professional. Waiting area was clean and coffee was hot!

Took awhile do to the holiday. Thank you for keeping my 15 year old car going good. It is purring again.
