I brought my Leaf in for a brake inspection because it would sometimes grab hard when using the brake at low speeds. It was a simple diagnosis in that the electronic brake system needed a reset, an easy fix. They were professional and kept me informed about the diagnostic process, and didn’t attempt to upsell for other services.

Tony and Scott were very helpful and took the time to listen to me and to explain what services would be performed. Great customer service.

Tony and the mechanic (Fred or Frank couldn't remember off hand,) were both awesome. It was refreshing going back to the dealership to get an honest opinion on why a noise came about, and got a honest reply from both the tech working on the vehicle and the service manager. Service guy very knowledgeable. As a senior citizen, avoiding breakdowns and scams is critical. My truck is my lifeline to the world. Also, love my new tires! What a nice ride, stick to the ground good. Special thanks for the info about "disappearing oil" mystery. Jiffy Lube tried to sell me a service package to stop it from burning oil, which I knew better. They never even looked at the tailpipe. After passing DEQ, .........anyhow I would not buy an engine flush on an older vehicle but now I understand the best way to check my oil level. Maybe some of you think I'm a pest, but your shop is a valuable resource for me and people like me, and I don't m8nd paying for it.
