The guy that helped me saw that I didn’t have a car while mine was being serviced. I was told it would be a 4 hour service and he got me expedited and was back on the road in under 2 hours. Great service

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The work seems very good and a couple days of running the new parts will tell. I have always brought my Nissan to Dick Hannah and have always has great service.

Sky at the front desk always friendly and very helpful, I can’t remember the gentleman was working outside doing vacuuming the car and offered us a cup of coffee. They always nice.

Service was excellent. Tony at the Gladstone location was super pleasant and efficient. It shouldn’t be unique to encounter superior customer service but in these times it is increasingly rare. The Gladstone service team consistently sets a high bar.
