Best car buying process that I have ever experienced. Peter was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and low key. His attention to details and patience with an elderly "technically challenged" senior was remarkable. He went out of his way to help me find the best car for me. He was the personification of the slogan "believe in nice." His boss Kenny was also a delight. He was engaging, and personable with out being intrusive. There was some give and take, but in the end I felt listened to and that I received a fair deal. I might add that Jack Wise who handled the paper work left me feeling up beat and positive about the entire experience. a

Each team member contributed their expertise to my car purchase process, making the entire experience an effortless one. Anthony, Rob, Zeke, and Jack were all really wonderful, each performing their part of the deal. Anthony responded quickly via email and that is the reason I bought from DH Subaru. Rob welcomed me heartily even thought I was late, Zeke was an absolute pleasure to interact with, adjusting himself to accomodate my reticient nature, and Jack met me where I needed when it came to making warranty decisions and closing the deal. They were all A+.
