Antonio was an awesome sales person to work with. He kept me informed on all updates on my car, picked me up on sales day from home by 12:30. He was fun, patient and covered all questions. He even took me to lunch when Finance was running behind. Tuan and Dakota were also patient with me when finance was running behind and I was overly tired from being at the dealership for over 3.5 hours. There was a promotion so finance was slow due to training. They exemplified fabulous customer service. I did get a bit frustrated due to communication issues during finances but I was stressing about driving my new car home in the rain and it was dark. They went above and beyond though and showed me empathy and tried to speed up the process. I'm so happy I chose this team at Subaru to buy my Crosstrek. I look forward to a continued long term partnership with this team as I plan on keeping my car through retirement. I'm so very happy with it and am excited for my spoiler and Cladding to come in within a few weeks! Thank you everyone at Dick Hannah Subaru. I love my new Crosstrek!!!

I came in to look at a few vehicles, had appointment with Rod, his day off. So I was interduced to Zeek. He listened to what i was looking for and was very interested in my concerns. There was NO pressure from Zeek. I took a test drive, and told Zeek I did like a couple, but I had to sleep on it before deciding. Zeek said he understood, and said he was going to be off Monday and Tuesday but Rod would be there if i changed my mind. His customer service skills were excellent. After leaving I got home I decided I was getting my new car from Zeek. I had a bad experience back in May or June 2023 with a sales person there, and walked out with no interest in buying from that person. Now in the market for a new car, I would give Subaru another chance. Zeek showed me there are still people with great customer service skills. Being in the customer service field myself, it is hard to find good customer service. Zeek, I give him 100 out of 10. Zeek did a great job, he brought me back after I had already left, because of his great customer service skills. Rosa was extremely helpful and kind. Glad we were able to make a deal, although when modifying some prices. Others adjust and increased. It was blamed on a computer glitch, but if it wasn’t caught. Then I would have overpaid when one went down and others went up. Borderline deceptive practice. I’m glad Rosa stood up for me on this. Thank you Rosa!
