The price and service were above my expectations, The car was delivered to my home in Portland, Oregon so I did not have to drive to Vancouver to pick it up. My sales consultant, Ather Munson gave me his full attention and gave me everything I asked for. I have been in the auto industry myself and was top female salesperson out of 35 men at Beaverton Toyota in l985. It was very comforting to me to deal with an experienced sales consultant. However, I didn’t expect for the entire car buying process to be so easy, quick, pleasant, and fair. More than anything, I have to give praise to our friendly, patient, knowledgeable, personable and funny salesperson, Zeek Alcala, who went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience for my wife and I. He took his time to explain everything to us, and we never felt pressured. He really made the sale! We will be recommending Dick Hannah (and especially Zeek) to everyone we know who is looking for a Subaru. We also appreciated Mikella, who helped us to finalize our purchase.
