First off, I hate, car dealerships and salesmen. I always feel overwhelmed and pressured. I can honestly say this was not the case this time! I had gone online found what I was looking for, came in a few days later and the car was right there waiting on me. No pressure, no fuss, so simple and easy. Everything was explained out for me, nothing hidden. no games. I will continue to buy cars from this seller.

I was helped twice by Rachel Nita. Her customer service and knowledge of the vehicles, and how she presented information went above and beyond what I experienced at other dealerships. I learned the most about the cars and their features from her, and was able to retain almost all of it. She didnt make me feel pressured or like she needed me to hurry up on my three test drives. When I decided on a Subaru, Rachel actually came in on her day off to complete the sale for me. She made sure I test drove the vehicle I’d take home, and provided multiple brochures on the car, accessories, and add ons while she connected me with the other departments. She stayed until I finished all the paperwork and went over all the final Subaru special touches with me, like the Share the Love event, the Ski passes, and the check up visit. Rachel also made sure I was comfortable with all the buttons before I drove off, and even navigated me out of a blocked in parking spot. I was very happy with how easy and pleasant my experience at Subaru was, and Rachel was there for me from start to finish! I was very surprised to hear she’s new to car sales because she was so knowledgeable and confident! Id also like to shout out the finance manager who’s card I didn’t get, he made sure I was presented with all options but did not overly pressure or fear-monger me. He made time for personal connection and checked in before I left to make sure I knew I could contact him. Overall very happy with everyone who worked with me on Nov 29.
