I worked with Rosa and Tuan. Both were great to work with, easy to talk to and had great personalities. I purchased a used 2021 Premium Crosstrek that I was very happy with. When I saw 2021 Limited Crosstrek show up with even more options for a little more money I was able to use the Dick Hannah 5 day return/exchange to upgrade to the other one. This certainly made Tuan’s job more difficult but it felt seamless on my end. Rosa was also very accommodating and friendly with me and my family including my 3-year old who loved the experience. I really appreciate both of their efforts to get me into a vehicle that I will drive for years to come and look forward to making my next purchase through Dick Hannah.

No need for negotiation on selling price. Best price of all local dealerships, just for the asking online. Additionally, I've NEVER traded a car in before. Always sold them myself due to low offers for trades in the past. Washington State sales tax laws and your reasonable trade in offer made my life SO much easier!
