I have bought a number of vehicles via factory order. It has usually taken 15 to 30 minutes to complete the paper work and be on the way home.This time I had the appointment for shortly after 10. Figured I would do some shopping after and be home before noon. At 12:30, I was still doing paper work. about 15 minutes or so was wasted listening to some sales pitch, I think about trying to upgrade the warranty.I now have some meeting "Love Encore Delivery" scheduled. The first sign of a sales pitch, I'm gone.
