My salesman, Jay, and the saleswoman I corresponded with via email, Danielle, were both incredible. Best service I had while car shopping. They are true superstars.Josh, in finance or whatever, was less pleasant. When I say I don’t want some optional warranty, I mean it. I’m not a child and don’t feel that I need to explain myself more than just saying, “No, I don’t want that.” Thinking back, I’m very unlikely to purchase another vehicle at Dick Hannah because of my experience with Josh and would gladly pay a couple hundred bucks more for a car to avoid reliving that experience.Overall, a good experience but could have been better.
