Rod was our sales agent and he made the entire process smooth and easy and explained all questions, we are thankful for his upsell suggestion as it was the right move and we ended up taking home a new ascent when we were about to buy a used 2 year one.This man deserves some recognition for the people skills he has especially working with families.
